Wall Street takes utmost care on the protection of its client’s privacy.

Wall Street acquires, stores and transmits customer information that customers may regard as private during the course of services rendered to its customers. Some of this information - such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, Beneficiary names and addresses, Bank details, credit card data etc - is provided to Wall Street by its customers in order to receive services.

Wall Street will protect the confidentiality of its customers' information in utmost confidentiality and as permissible by Law. All information submitted to Wall Street via this site shall be deemed and remain the property of Wall Street and Wall Street shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas and concepts. Wall Street shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as agreed by Wall Street having the direct customer relationship or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from customers, Wall Street has appropriate physical, electronic systems, and managerial procedures in place.

Wall Street may be required to part with the acquired information to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that Wall Street determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable.
